Who can claim the 6-month money-back guarantee?
To be eligible for Measured’s 6-month money-back guarantee, you must:
- Have enrolled in the program on or after July 24th, 2024
- Remain an active member for at least 180 days from the date of enrollment
- Submit your medical form and lab results within 5 days of starting the program
- Take the prescribed medication weekly, without requesting a refill during the 5th or 6th month
- Record your weight at least 21 times during the first 26 weeks of the program
- Achieve less than a 5% reduction in starting body weight, with an initial BMI of 30 or higher
This guarantee does not cover:
- Members who cancel their membership before completing the first 180 days
- Individuals who joined before July 24th, 2024
- Any payments for prescription medication - this guarantee only applies to the core Membership fees
When is the right time to request the money-back guarantee?
