What is LillyDirect?
LillyDirect is Eli Lilly's direct-to-consumer healthcare platform, offering home delivery and telehealth options for Lilly medications. Through LillyDirect Pharmacy, patients can self-pay for Zepbound with a valid, on-label prescription regardless of insurance status, choosing home delivery or retail pickup at a participating store instead of a traditional pharmacy benefit.
What does LillyDirect offer?
LillyDirect is Lilly's direct-to-consumer healthcare platform, built around home delivery and telehealth options [1]. Zepbound self-pay is available through LillyDirect Pharmacy to anyone with a valid, on-label Zepbound prescription, regardless of insurance status [1]. From mid-November 2025, patients also gained free home delivery or pickup at Walmart Pharmacy at the same price as home delivery [1].
How much does Zepbound cost through LillyDirect now?
The prices announced in the October 2025 release are superseded. As listed on zepbound.lilly.com, self-pay for a one-month prescription of the Zepbound KwikPen (or 4 vials) runs $299 for the 2.5 mg dose, $399 for 5 mg, and $449 for the 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, and 15 mg doses, with the $449 tier requiring a refill within 45 days [2]. A separate savings card can bring the cost as low as $25 for commercially insured patients with coverage, up to $100 a month and $1,300 a year, but it excludes anyone enrolled in Medicaid, Medicare, or other government drug programs [2].
